Senior Faculty and Executive Coach
Bill O’Mara is a senior faculty member and executive coach at the Leadership Development Institute (LDI). Educated at Tulane University, Cornell University and The California School of Professional Psychology, Bill holds a doctorate in Organizational Development with a focus on Consulting Leadership Psychology. Prior to joining LDI, Bill served as the owner of a leadership training firm, as Senior Leadership Facilitator for Marriott’s Starwood Hotels & Resorts and as a leadership coach with the Center for Creative Leadership, after a 12-year career in sales and sales management.
His leadership development work has focused on the topics of resilience and team effectiveness for leaders from Fortune 500 firms in industries such as Hospitality, Financial services, Automotive, Technology and the Federal Government/Military. He enjoys hiking, the outdoors and living a mindful life. Bill is a five-time published author including his most recent leadership book, The Path of the Enlightened Leader(s) on Amazon.
