A focus on leadership development

The Leadership Development Institute (LDI)  at Eckerd College was founded in 1980 to help individuals, teams and organizations achieve their potential. LDI has been a Network Associate of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) since 1981 and has delivered internationally acclaimed programs to thousands of local, national and international clients.

Developing leaders
at every level

We design programs for specific organizational needs, from a comprehensive multi-week leadership institute for executive teams to a one-day session to help managers master the challenges of workplace conflict. We provide coaching and diagnostic services that identify company roadblocks and assist in attaining organizational goals.

Self-awareness: The foundation of leadership effectiveness

In this fast-paced world, individuals rarely have the opportunity to receive extensive feedback in the workplace to understand how others perceive them. We provide leaders with the time, tools and environment needed to gain a comprehensive, accurate view of themselves.
