A great opportunity to slow down, take a step back, and be thoughtful about your performance as a leader. It enabled me to reflect on the ways in which I drive positive outcomes on my team and the ways in which my behavior hinders the overall success of the team — and figure out the corrective behaviors needed to drive more positive outcomes.

The LOI

Program Experience

A High-Impact Senior Leadership Training Program That Address’s Today’s Challenges

When navigating complex global trends, unpredictable economic forces, and rapidly changing business cycles, senior leaders need more than just a list of competencies to succeed. They need proven, holistic senior leadership development that’s built around the real challenges they face at this level:

  • Balancing people and task demands to create needed strategies and structures, build a future talent pipeline and transition into new responsibilities—all at the same time
  • Working to lead up and across the enterprise to create new growth opportunities, improve cross-functional processes and leverage limited resources
  • Enhancing personal growth to build credibility as a senior leader and become more aware of how behaviors impact others

LOI is a comprehensive three-phase approach to learning which includes pre-program assessment and executive coaching, a week of face-to-face training and coaching, innovative exercises, peer feedback, a cutting-edge simulation, post-program coaching and application back in the workplace.

Why Choose Our Organizational Impact Program for Executives?

More than just a 5-day training program for senior leaders, Leading for Organizational Impact is a developmental journey that offers insights, tools, and support.

The heart of this journey is The Looking Glass® Experience: a research-driven business simulation that serves as a live case study of relational leadership. The Looking Glass, Inc.® simulation provides hands-on learning, critical skills practice, and a clear view of how individual leaders work across boundaries, adopt a strategic perspective, and impact organizational outcomes.

While other simulations prime leaders for the business cases of the past, ours prepares them to face the business challenges of the future — with the executive mindsets, skillsets, and tools they will need to successfully navigate the road ahead.
