Have you attended other professional development training? If so, what made L4S different?
Yes, I have attended several professional development programs throughout my career. What made L4S different was its focus on practical leadership skills that could be immediately applied in the workplace. The program created an environment that encouraged self-reflection, collaboration and meaningful discussions with professionals from different backgrounds and industries.
What was your biggest take-away from your L4S experience?
My biggest takeaway was that effective leadership starts with self-awareness. The program reinforced the importance of understanding how my actions, communication style and decision-making impact those around me. It also provided tools that I continue to use to build stronger teams and drive positive results.
Who would you recommend to attend this program?
I would recommend L4S to both emerging and experienced leaders. Whether someone is preparing for their first leadership role or looking to strengthen their existing leadership skills, the program offers valuable insights and practical strategies that can benefit professionals at any stage of their career.
I found tremendous value in the program because it challenged me to view leadership from every level of the organization. It provided a broader perspective on how different team members experience leadership and reinforced the importance of adapting my approach to better support and develop others. Regardless of title or tenure, participants will leave with tools they can immediately apply to become more effective leaders.
