Senior Faculty and Executive Coach

Holly Tompson is a senior faculty member and executive coach at the Leadership Development Institute (LDI). Holly also leads workshops to certify practitioners in LDI’s psychometric assessment, the Conflict Dynamics Profile CDP, a tool designed to help individuals understand how they respond to workplace conflict and to strengthen their skills in conflict resolution. She is on the Business School faculty at Florida Southern College where she teaches MBA courses in leadership competencies and in international management. Holly has worked as a management consultant for many years and now works one-on-one with leaders who are pursuing personal or professional transformation. She is a certified executive coach through Georgetown University and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Holly received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of South Carolina and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Trinity University.
